You will want to allow plenty of extra time to enjoy the Leavenworth area; it truly offers something for everyone!
With over twenty wineries within an easy drive, Leavenworth is a wine destination with much more! The spectacular scenery, old-world hospitality, shopping, special events, outdoor adventure, recreation, art and cultural activities, that include musical performances and plays throughout the year, make the “Bavarian Getaway” exceptional. It’s no wonder A&E Network honored Leavenworth with the "Ultimate Holiday Town, USA" Award and USA Today named it “One of America’s Best Small Towns!”
